TEFL Courses

Here at TEFL Wales, we offer a wide range of accredited TEFL Courses for people from all over the country that want to teach English as a foreign language. It is sometimes difficult to choose which course to pick, but with this guide, hopefully you can come to a decision about what course is right for you.
What We Recommend
If you are looking for a TEFL Job after completing your course, we always recommend at least 120-hours of TEFL training. A lot of employers see this as a minimum standard for hiring you as a teacher, and if you choose a comprehensive course such as this, you can be sure that you have as many options open to you as possible when job hunting. It will also boost your confidence knowing that you have got even more knowledge and training behind you when you step in front of a class.
Flexible Courses
You have amazing choice with our TEFL Courses in how you get your qualification. You can complete a course fully online, partially online and partially in the classroom or solely a weekend course. Our recommended courses feature a combination of one weekend or weekday course as well as a 100 or 120 hour online course. This combination means that you have covered all of the grammar and technical rules of English that you need to teach, as well as having the practice from the classroom course of teaching in a fun and friendly environment.
Premier Training
We offer Premier TEFL Courses that also include two specific modules that will make your TEFL CV exceptionally impressive. These are the telephone teaching course, which is very useful if you would like a work in this rapidly expanding area of EFL teaching, and the teaching large classes course, which will make it even easier to teach in places such as China and Latin America where class sizes tend to be very large.

What our students say about us...
“Although a little scary, the practical lessons we gave each other will be tremendously helpful. The way Alex put info over was excellent. After two days of pretty intense stuff, I have come away feeling I have really achieved something worthwhile.”
